Henderson Habitat operates its ReStore for the sole purpose of creating additional funds with which to build Habitat houses. The ReStore receives contributions of and then sells at a discounted price to the general public, new and reusable housewares, home furnishings, furniture, appliances, construction materials, doors, windows, plumbing and electrical fixtures, paint, flooring, etc.
Store Manager Donna Phillips and Assistant Manager Caleb Welch welcome volunteers to assist customers and process in-coming contributions.
The ReStore is open for sales Tuesdays through Fridays 9am-4pm and on Saturdays, 9am-Noon. Volunteers may work half-day shifts on Tuesdays to help receive contributions and during the rest of the week when the Store is open for sales. Call Donna or Chuck for more details at 826-0015.
